Squat Kick- works butt, legs, abs
Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes turned slightly out, a dumbbell in each hand at shoulders. Squat low, then stand, quickly brining left knee to chest and kicking leg out (as shown). Return to start and repeat on opposite side for 1 rep. Do 20 reps.
