TIGHT MUSCLES ARE LIKE BREAKS...

...holding you back from your true potential. The first component of the RE:TRAIN Method is to find the areas of your body that are being restricted by tight and tense muscles.  Once these muscles are released we can begin to realign the body and develop long, lean muscles.  Performing any type of exercise with shortened or tight muscles will only train them to stay that way.  


THE ESSENCE OF STRENGTH IS CONTROL

Once the large muscles have been released and lengthened we begin the second phase of the RE:TRAIN Method; to turn on the Reactive System, aka stability muscles. The Reactive System is a number of small muscles throughout the body that serve as the dynamic suspension of your body. RE:TRAIN uses a series of movements to re-awaken the Reactive System, helping to create better postural alignment and core control allowing you to harness and use every ounce of energy expended.

Phase three of the RE:TRAIN Method brings it all together as you push, pull, punch and kick your way to new heights of performance. The better you perform the better your results.  By incorporating elements of conditioning, Pilates, Russian Kettlebell training, gymnastics and conventional strength training techniques your training will never plateau. RE:TRAIN will help you develop a body you are proud of.

WILLSPACE is a personal training studio based in New York City.  All sessions are one to one and are by appointment only.  All of our trainers have been hand-picked and developed by Will Torres. Our trainers are elite movement coaches and are here to help you develop a body that you are proud of.  Here's how it works:


STEP 1:

SCHEDULE YOUR BLUEPRINT SESSION.

Before jumping into the training we have developed a BluePrint Session which is designed to shed light on the areas of your body that need the most attention.  There are hundreds of stretches and exercises that we can have you do. However, each body has it's own individual needs.  By starting with the BluePrint we are better prepared to fine-tune your training so that you get exactly what you need... LASTING RESULTS. 

 

STEP 2:

RECEIVE YOUR TAILOR-MADE PROGRAM.

WIth the results from your BLUEPRINT session your trainer will develop a custom program based on your desired results and your body's individual needs.  Your trainer's soul mission will be to teach you how to maximize each movement through exact angles and steady focus so that we can continually raise the bar on your training and therefore your results.  Game on!

STEP 3:

CHECK THE SCOREBOARD.

If no one is keeping score we won't know who's winning the game. Even the best laid out plans need to be modified. So, every 4-6 weeks your trainer will go back to the BLUEPRINT and measure your progress. If necessary, your program will be adjusted to create your next plan of action based on what worked and what didn't, so you can continue to improve.
